Roppontsuji Crossing、 starting a test for the new Round-about system

Karuizawa's "Roppontsuji", known as the crossing where six streets intersects. There is no other example like this in Japan. This Roppontsuji is thinking of a new transportation system, so called the Round-about system. Putting a rotary in the center, cars entering this crossing must all stop before the rotary and make a left turn going clockwise in the rotary.
Before putting the system into practice, there will be a test starting from this November through March next year.
